We experience what we focus on and we’ve been taught to focus on the flaws, which trigger our “not enough-ness”. It’s like looking through a mirror full of cracks and each crack has it’s own belief such as “I’m undeserving.” “I am not enough” “ I am unattractive.”
When you look through a cracked mirror you will see a distorted image looking back at you. This is no different than living through the negative and shameful thoughts/perceptions/beliefs that you have of yourself and expecting to feel vibrant, healthy and joyful. And like these cracks in the mirror, if our foundation of who we think we are is full of cracks, any attempt to enhance our body temples will be built on unstable ground. Which is often why many well-meaning and even effective health and fitness programs don’t work. We simply do not have a solid foundation.
To let go of the shame we must first repair the mirror through which we experience ourselves in this world. That mirror is like a lens. The perspective or lens through which we experience life is how we see ourselves and visa versa. Yes how we project ourselves contributes to how others perceive us. Think about the impact of that!
I know because I lived it. I call myself a recovered perfectionist. Perfectionism is an infection. It infiltrates the present moment with an expectation, often one that is unattainable and robs one of joy. Joy in the process, joy in celebrating successes along the way, joy in the creative process and joy in your BODY! … and not to mention all of the silent suffering and not so silent manifestation of health issues, depression, relationship breakdown, and obsessive behaviour that further fuels this vicious cycle.
I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way. That’s why I created this “9 Weeks to Sexy” program which will give you a solid foundation from which to create success with whatever you want to create for your life. Health, strength, healthy relationships, fulfillment and unabashed joy. Yup… the best kind.

Signs of Negative Body Image/Body Shame
3 Words - Bathing Suit Shopping - If your armpits got sweaty and your heart started to beat faster or you felt dread or anxiety at the mere thought. You may not realize you have an internal struggle with Body Shame.
Worried about how you are presenting yourself on a zoom call? Won’t turn on the picture unless you’ve spent the hour/s prior getting ready.
Finding yourself often saying “I feel fat”. Fat is not a feeling. Perhaps you feel bloated, which often is a symptom of underlying sensitivities or digestive distress. This is an invitation to explore why, not label yourself.
Find yourself justifying your body type -“Real” Women have curves - Breaking shame has many sterotypes -Body shame doesn’t discriminate - All women are “Real” Women despite their body size.
These things are at play whether you acknowledge them or not and it might be why you are always on the diet rollercoaster. Why you are never happy with the # on the scale. Why you will try on 3 outfits before going out and begrudgingly go, thinking you are under dressed, over dressed or think you don’t look good.

Why did I choose the word SEXY as an outcome from Bodyshame?
I used to associate the word Sexy with Sleazy. And many women don’t consider themselves sexy….however SEXY has very little to do with your physical appearance and more to do with a way of being.
Your physicality is a visible embodiment of what is occurring in your inner world. Your underlying beliefs about your body is reflected in how you relate to it and express yourself through it. Who would you be if you remove the negative associations and reclaim the feeling of SEXY?
To me Sexy is:
· A way of being.
· Feeling alive radiant and youthful regardless of age.
· Feeling at home in your body.
· Getting out of your comfort zone but being confident in it.
· Being authentic - willing to be vulnerable.
· Having a sense of adventure, curiosity and wonderment.
· An expression of your essence and is that which only YOU can embody.
· Taking care of yourself – healthy boundaries, self respect, healthy mind, body and spirit.
· Willing to engage fully without concern if you break a nail!
· Not being consumed by guilt every time you eat bacon or ice cream.
· Living life unleashed. It’s not just embodying the definitions of sexy it is unleashing it….living it.
· Spiritual. Being sexy does not mean being sleazy. Sexy is sensual but not necessarily sexual.
What’s included:
Week 1: Establishing your foundation.
By the end of this week you will:
Understand the importance of a solid foundation.
Take stock of your values and how they line up with the priorities you live out everyday.
Have your own definition of sexy.
Week 2: Willingness – to FACE how you got here and willing to start where you are…without judgement.
By the end of this week you will:
Established the cracks in your foundation and how these cracks have been sabotaging you from living the life you desire.
Have a template for the broken mirror exercise where you will explore these cracks as we work through each of them week by week until you have a fresh clean slate AND tools to prevent the cracks from happening again.
Week 3: Worthiness - It’s those experiences from long ago, especially the “negative” ones that create root beliefs about your worthiness.
By the end of this week you will:
Understand how your subconscious mind is connected to your worthiness.
Understand your subconscious belief system and become AWARE of what beliefs you hold that are stopping you from achieving your desired outcome.
Learn and implement powerful technique to stop these subconscious beliefs in their tracks so that they don’t continue to sabotage your life.
Week 4: Mental Self – If your mind was your room mate you would have kicked it out a long time ago for being so mean!
By the end of this week you will:
Understand the lens from which you are currently living your life.
Shift your perspective so that can align your actions with how you want to feel.
Learn how to detach from the story of your life as the Observer so that you can see a clear path to how you want to feel in your body.
Week 5: Emotional Self – When you avoid your feelings they show up in distorted ways. This distortion is not in alignment with how you want to feel in your body.
By the end of this week you will:
Learn how your feelings influence your thoughts
Know how to navigate your emotions in a healthy way so that you can align your actions with how you truly want to feel in your body.
Know how to feel effectively so you can harness your energy and use it to propel you towards joy, freedom, and health.
Week 6: Spiritual Self - Sexy is the outward expression of your essence.
By the end of this week you will:
Know how to use your breath as a vehicle of transformation.
Experience the power of the breath to engage with the innate intelligence within every cell of your being.
Embody your sexuality as sacred.
Week 7: Physical Self –I purposely address your physical self and appearance at the end of the program because it is NOT the central focus of what make you sexy.
By the end of this week you will:
Understand how your physicality is a visible embodiment of what is occurring in your inner world.
Know how to think, feel, move, eat, and perceive in a way that aligns with your definition of sexy.
You will experience celebration in your body.
Week 8: Appearance- Your appearance says a lot about how you feel about your body and is the first impression you give
By the end of this week you will:
Experience how to dress and carry yourself in a way that exudes confidence.
Learn a simple yet effective tool that will turn heads when you walk into a room.
Attract relationships and invite opportunities with grace and ease.
Week 9: Integration- This is the week to tie it all together. To experience your fullness. BE–YOU-TO-BE –FULL!
By the end of this week you will:
Live from a place of “Freedom to” experience instead of “Freedom from”
Learn how to harness your vibrational energy to manifest.
Shine, glow, radiate and elevate your experiences.
