Your saying YES means you are READY for the deeper support to  get out of the unconscious beliefs (some that are yours and some that are collective), and take on some potent practices and tools to step really step into and CLAIM your SEXY!

AND if you are anything like me, you're likely tired of the negative self talk that keeps you from living your life unleashed.  You are ready to experience the full potency of your true essence! 

I created this program because I witnessed through countless clients and my own personal journey, the self sabotage, dissociated relationship with our body and inability to create LASTING results from “exercise and diet” efforts. 

I discovered in my own exploration that there is an unconscious underlying belief systems that can create cracks in the very foundation that we are trying to build from.

To get out of our own vicious circle and release the shame we as women collectively have endured, we need to shift the lens through which we perceive ourselves, our journey and embody the new imprint not only for ourselves, but for the generations of women to come.

This program was created to bring more JOY, WHOLENESS and FREEDOM to women's lives.

Whether you feel like you:

  • Have weight to lose

  • Wish your boobs were more perky

  • Could get rid of the crows feet around your eyes

  • Are not seen and appreciated for ALL of your Wondrous ways.

  • Would like to break FREE from the vicious cycle of sabotage

Most of us have some version of, “When I look XYZ, or when I change XYZ, then I will finally be HAPPY and COMPLETE.

The truth is that our culture is not holistic-oriented. Our physical appearance is most important; even at the cost of our health and wellbeing.

However, In the realm of appearance we are much more than skin deep.

Stay tuned, because we are going to dig into these areas.

By the end of this program, you'll have uncovered deep cracks in your foundation and develop powerful tools from which to keep your foundation strong, resilient and able to carry your amazing body temple through each season of your life. Forming your beauty. Inner, outer and the kind that oozes!

I guarantee that you'll experience some insights, revelations and re-perspectiving that you can carry with you in your new relationship with your body at any age.

Here's how it works:

For 9 weeks, starting on Monday , you’ll receive an email from me with a video and a weekly challenge. During the week I may be sending additional content and practices to deepen the unfolding. (I will be sending you your log in details tomorrow)

The challenges are simple, but effective.

Each challenge is important in guiding you through a new lens of seeing and perceiving yourself and the world around you, while supporting you in enhancing your relationship with your body along the way.

I have sent out an Facebook email to join the 9 weeks to Sexy private Facebook Group (no one can see or access this page except the members) 

Your job is to do the challenge each day and if you feel so inclined, share some aha’s, inspirations and challenges with the group.

Posting and sharing in the group is important because it holds YOU accountable AND you support others when you share not only your inspirations, but your struggles too.

PLUS you’re setting an example for other women to take care of themselves, and my Goddess, we all need examples of that!

Weekly Live calls will be either Wednesday or Thursday. I posted a questionnaire in the Facebook group regarding best day/time for the weekly live. I’d ideally like to have a time that works for everyone.  

This is where we can really dive into the cracks to expose the many recesses of where it may be hiding so that it can be filled with a new perspective that will shift the structural integrity of your foundation


Now, I have TWO QUESTIONS for you before we get started on Week 1 of Sexy YOU!

#1 What does sexy mean to you?

Write down in bullet point. Put pen to paper and let it flow. No censoring. No judging.

If you think it..write it down. 

If you feel it jot it down.

If you are not sure if it’s the “right” thing to write..put it down. 

If you are feeling silly or embarrassed at the thought of it… WRITE IT DOWN.

The only way to get out of your own way…is to not filter.

The "lower self" that is feeling silly, shameful, or uncomfortably vulnerable wants to filter… wants to keep you "SAFE" & STUCK and ultimately UNHAPPY.  Not because unhappy is the goal, but because change is scary to your ego; especially when revealing cracks in your foundation that you didn't even know existed. 


#2 Do you see yourself as the descriptors that you wrote? If not, why?  

This reveals insight into the current lens that you are seeing yourself.

Perhaps doing this exercise feels a bit painful, vulnerable or irritating…

Or all of the above.

Well I commend you for saying yes and being WILLING!
