If you are brand new please click the book appointment button below and choose your time: Please note the booking calendar is set up in 15 minute increments. Choose a start time and finish time will either be 30 minutes (time together will be 20 minutes) , 45 minutes or 75 minutes.
I will send you the zoom meeting link as this is where we will meet. If you do not have access to zoom we will discuss other options when I confirm our time.
20 minute on boarding call to get acquainted and so I can get to know your level of fitness and if you have any limitations or injuries.
40 minutes if you are one of the first 25 to register for this community (I will let you know if you are one of them) here we will dive a bit deeper into your whole body wellness and where to start.
75 minutes are for my one-on-one coaching clients…. you know who you are!
