Track One

Introduction – the essence of Meditation and the process by which “Flow Meditation” is a conduit for harnessing and creating harmony, balance and creative intention.

This track shares the importance and benefits of meditation. You only need to listen to this track once.

Track Two

Breath Work- Breath is the vehicle of transformation and the sensations of the body the fuel for attracting deeper awareness and cultivated abundance.

Breathe deeply during this short guided visualization to cultivate harmony. Use this whenever you feel anxious, overwhelmed or under stress.

Track Three

Flow Meditation- This meditation is intended to access the creative flow that harnesses the ability to attract a sound mind, body and spirit thought the energy of gratitude and acceptance.

This track is recommended as much as needed if struggling with body image, illness, or physical pain/discomfort. Otherwise 1-4x a month is ideal.
